Warranty

Warranty is available on most materials, thus liquidated material are sold as is with their remaining manufacture warranties still active. 

Warranty becomes activated on the mentioned brands once you obtain the materials and follow activation instructions on the materials warranty booklet.

To qualify for warranty service outside of the brands mentioned you will need:

Call to speak with our representatives (Must be original buyer, ID validation required with proof of purchase)

Purchase date must be no more than 14 days after delivery. If approved, credit will be issued in the full amount of defective material purchased.

Seller may decline request for warranty if falls under any of the following below:

Material purchased outside of PRADO INNOVATIONS & our Partners.

Material is damaged via shipping, thus warranty is covered by the drivers delivering. Claim must be filed with shipper.

Material is suspected to be different from original shipped.

Material is installed incorrectly after 14 days of delivery, this may cause unnecessary damage. Thus voiding warranties from PRADO INNOVATIONS and manufacturing.

Material damaged during delivery to incorrect address. Please ensure accuracy of delivery address to avoid excess material handling, thus causing potential damage. 

Material shipping outside the USA will void your warranty with PRADO INNOVATIONS. Manufacture warranties may still apply, please contact the manufacture to confirm warranty policies outside the United States of America.

Material must be intact with no damage in the original box or packaging.
